Our Returns policy
We aim to provide high quality seeds and products to our customers. Accordingly, we warrant that our goods will meet our specification and will be free from defects at the time of delivery. We hope that you are delighted with your order from us – however we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item/order if you change your mind or if you find an item is not as you expect.
Please examine your items and inform us of any problems as soon as you receive your delivery, as returns must be processed within 28 days of receiving your order.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care department within 7 working days after receipt. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly, at your cost. We can arrange collection of larger items, but you will be charged for this service at cost. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to grow due to extreme weather conditions, over- or under-watering, weed infestation or which have not been established or cared for according to the ‘How to Guides’ on the website and instructions supplied.
